You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content solely for providing our services.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI is provided for your use within the platform. You may use AI-generated training content for internal training purposes as permitted by your subscription plan.
6. Disclaimers and Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simitai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
